✓Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition:The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Tags & Packaging:All original tags (price tags, brand tags) must be intact and attached. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Hygiene Check:Items returned with strong odors (perfume, smoke, body odor) or visible stains (makeup, sweat) will not be accepted.

Proof:A receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice/Order ID) is mandatory.

📅Return Timeframe

Window

Returns/Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Late Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests raised after 7 days of delivery.

🔁Exchange Policy (Defective/Damaged Items)

We take great care in packing your orders. However, in the rare case of a defect:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Mandatory: To claim an exchange for damage, we strongly recommend recording an Unboxing Video without cuts/edits.

• If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us immediately at support@rajashreefashion.com

💸Refund Process

Once your return is received at our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection.

Notification

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is Approved or Rejected.

Processing

If approved, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

Credit Timeline

The amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will cover only the cost of the product.

⚠️Partial Refunds (Discretionary)

Partial refunds are granted only in specific situations (at the sole discretion of Rajashree Fashion):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

•

Items returned beyond the standard return window (if an exception is made).

📦Return Shipping Guidelines

Since we offer affordable pricing, we do not currently offer reverse pickup services.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

High-Value Items (₹5,000+)

If you are returning an item valued over ₹5,000, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking ID.
